    “The Phoenix Way” Karate and Mixed Martial Arts is a state of the art facility offering several programs to suit the needs of families and individuals young and old alike. Our MMA program focuses on grappling, Judo throws and striking components based on the Japanese style of Kyokushin karate as well as boxing techniques. We do this in a positive make it happen environment. We train various athletes and individuals who are looking to get in incredible shape. Our programs are structured in a rigorous platform, because we believe in total body conditioning.
