    NutriFormance- Fitness, Therapy and Performance is a full-service, upscale health club with the focus of a personal training studio. We know all our clients by name and strive to help them achieve their fitness goals. We offer a full-range of services including advanced personal training, fee-for-service physical therapy, group fitness, reformer pilates, nutrition coaching, sports training (Athletic Republic) and massage therapy. Our co-workers have advanced training and education in exercise science, dietetics, athletic training and other health related fields.
