    We are a mixed martial arts and functional fitness facility that is dedicated to bringing the best experience possible to each of our clients. We offer lessons in small group (10 people max), semi-private, and private formats. Our classes consist of functional fitness (fight camp), capoeira, kickboxing, submission grappling, and mixed martial arts. Our classes are available to people of all ages, sizes, sexes, and skill levels. We offer professional fight training for serious fighters, but our emphasis is on sharing the value of the martial arts and fitness lifestyle with anyone who is interested.
