the first time i went to gjetos i love it and every other time i go it just keeps on getting better the owner john is amazing! and eva is great at cuts and styling!

I had a wonderful experience at Gjeto's Salon. The staff was helpful and friendly, the atmosphere was gorgeous and calming and my services were phenomenal! I recommend Gjeto's as the perfect place to visit for some much needed relaxation.

I went there one time after it was recommended by a friend, and I was very disappointed. I had a haircut by the owner of the salon, and I was put off from the moment I stepped in the salon. The staff was not dressed professionally, and it was hard to tell them apart from the patrons. They were talking to their visiting friends, and their own hair and dress were simply uninspiring. The person cutting my hair kept gently pushing me to buy their products, which I didn't like, and asked me questions twice, since he wasn't paying attention to my answer when he asked the first time.. It was very strange over all, and I never went back again. I was uncomfortable, and I felt like I intruded on their own inward society.

The stylist did my hair the way he wanted to and not at all how I requested. I came in with long dark hair all one lenght and left looking like Florence Henderson from the Brady Bunch days. I cried for the first time ever over my hair. About 4 of his friends were there the entire time and I may as well been a hair doll to this guy. They were conversating about things I considered to be TMI. His friends starting asking me questions that was none of their business and sorry but I didn't want to make friends. It was late on a Saturday and I was the last client so nobody was there to witness this unprofessionalism. They were taking advantage and screwing off. A friend of his helped herself to whatever she wanted, polish, hair products, etc... A horrible experience, I couldn't wait to run out crying! Would somebody put the staff in check please! I see I am not the only one that had this problem.

I thought that I was going to receive a totally relaxing spa experince but I was mistaken. Two times my massage-like treatment was disrupted by the Gjeto's employee answeing her cell phone! I was horrified that my husband had spent close to $150 for this wedding present service for me and twice it was completely stopped so that she could take personal calls.
The owner didn't care about my disappointment and asked me "what am I supposed to do about it?"
I will never recommend this place and I will never step foot in there again. It was truly a disappointing experience!
