Capoeira Basics (Adults & Teens)
Basics class: We recommend that all new students start in beginner classes, which focus on basic technique and skills. Beginners may also take mixed level classes, but should complement this training with beginner classes. Beginner classes are not designed to be a level that students move through, as they are focused on building and refining basic skills. Advanced students often take beginner classes to work on the foundation of their technique. |
