My husband and I have been going to see Carmen every year for the last 6 years for a couples massage. It is the most incredible, relaxing and amazing gift we could give to each other. Carmen and her staff are very welcoming, friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I enjoy the quietness, the soothing atmosphere and the quality of her work. I tell everyone that I know how amazing the massage is and will continue to go back. I look forward to our next massage where I can enjoy the company of my husband and the enjoyment of a 90 minute full body massage. Thank you Carmen for what you have given and continue to give us.

Sunshine Day Spa provided a very beautiful, clean, and relaxing,atmosphere. A smiling lady named Carmen greeted me when I arrived. She has a very pleasant personality and puts one at ease very quickly. We talked about what services were available, what issues were affecting me (muscle spasms in my back after sleeping on a hotel mattress for a few nights) and what would best suit my needs. I had an ashiatsu massage. Carmen used supporting rods suspended from the ceiling over the table to be able to use her feet to perform the massage. With this method, she was able to use as much or as little pressure as desired. Carmen is a master at the ashiatsu method. After the massage (during which she paid extra attention to the area of my back bothering me--as well as a few spots I didn't realize were knotted up---lol). She had water in a beautiful crystal goblet waiting for me after I dressed. While I drank the water she and I talked (about nothing special, I felt like I was making a new friend)...no rush...maintaining the relaxed atmosphere. Sure wish I lived in Fair Oaks...I would have a set appointment with Carmen every month, or more often. I have had regular massage (monthly) throughout my life and Carmen is one of the best therapists I have had. If you have the opportunity to schedule time with her, take advantage of it and...ENJOY!
