About a year ago a little seed was planted in my heart to have a place in my community that offered powerful yoga classes that changed lives. A place where people could come together who have a common goal to connect deeper within themselves and also make relationships with likeminded individuals. Allen Yoga Center is that place Allen Yoga Centers true hope and vision is to have a destination for people to come and grow through their yoga practice so they can actually see the benefits of this ancient form of exercise bleed out into all areas of their life. It is also our intention to have all your yoga needs 'in house' so you don't have to look any further for your mats, props, training or even your sweet yoga clothes.
