Intermediate & Advanced Pole Dance (Students must be able to invert & climb w/ ease in this level)

This class is for the experience Intermediate students and our true advanced students.  You must be able to invert mid pole and climb the pole with ease to join this level. This class is filled with acrobatic pole tricks, difficult inversions and powerful spins combos. This is where you’ll learn competition level tricks.

Intro to Pole is for our brand new students to the Pole Art. We recommend this class at least 4x so that you are really comfortable before moving on to the faster paced Beginner Level classes. We educate you on the Amazing Benefits of Pole Fitness & Injury Prevention. This class teaches the foundation to the art: sensual movement, body strengthening, toning, increasing flexibility, beginner pole tricks and confidence. It does not matter what your size or fitness level, this class is for you! We make it Fun & Easy. We provide a safe and non-judgmental environment so everyone feels comfortable in their own skin. Black Swan Ballet - Ballet Fundamentals (This class focuses on Beginner to Int. ballet technique, grace, balance & lots of stretching)

This ain’t your boring old Ballet class…In this class, we will combine classical ballet technique, with an emphasis on posture, breath control, proper alignment and add a modern twist. We will stretch out every muscle in your body. We target those problem areas such as your butt and abdominals and combine them with toning exercises at the barre. Walk out with increased flexibility as well as an appreciation for this classic. We will explore & utilize ballet terms This class has an emphasis on core training, Learn grace, poise and how to spot when turning, while learning about lines that will make your walk taller and stand with your held high.  Introducing everyday Ballet - it ain't just for skinny chicks!

Beginner to Advanced Pole Combos & Transitions (NO INTRO STUDENTS in this class)Highly Recommended for all Polers to take your game to the next level. Learn fluidity, how to transition your spins with dance & floor work.

This class is highly recommended for every student. Wouldn't you love to be able to put all your tricks to a routine one day, perform in a recital and learn to freestyle? Then this is the class for you. No longer will you be a one trick pony. This class is for Experienced Beginners to Advanced students. The instructor will have combos designed for each pole level. We'll be teaching combos that include climbs, leg hangs, inverts and super spins.

Beginner Pole Dance (You must complete 4 intro classes or have prior experience of 4 classes from another studio)

This course offers over 30 beginner pole tricks to learn including sensual dance movement, floor work & strength training. You’ll learn beginner combos and start learning basic climbing technique as you get stronger. You must complete 4 intro classes before this level if you don’t have prior experience from another studio. Students are usually ready to move on to Beginner/Intermediate (not Intermediate) in about 2-3 months depending on how many classes they take per week.  You can always ask your instructor if she feels you are ready to go to our Beg/Int level classes.  Please note Beg/Int is the level below Intermediate.
