Prenatal Flow Yoga
Yoga is the single best exercise for pregnant women and our expert teacher will guide you through this special time in a way that is both empowering and safe. You will build strength and stamina with a workout tailored to your own ability. You will develop a new awareness of your body and especially the muscles used during labor. You will learn comfort techniques for common stresses associated with pregnancy, delivery, and recovery. You will also meet a great community of girlfriends with who you can share your experiences and find support. All levels, trimesters, and birthing philosophies are welcome! A 90 minute power pre- and post-natal class will include a strengthening routine tailored to your ability and trimester, followed by a period of safe stretching and relaxation. |

Yoga is the single best exercise for pregnant women and our expert teacher will guide you through this special time in a way that is both empowering and safe. You will build strength and stamina with a workout tailored to your own ability. You will develop a new awareness of your body and especially the muscles used during labor. You will learn comfort techniques for common stresses associated with pregnancy, delivery, and recovery.
