Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a therapeutic approach where the poses are adapted to accommodate any age, body type and physical condition. You will be completely supported by bolsters, blankets, blocks and pillows, creating a feeling of safety in which your body can totally relax. Basic breathing and simple meditation techniques will also be introduced to deepen your ability to be at peace and feel calm. Restorative yoga is also good for people with arthritis, fibromyalgia, and other acute and chronic conditions. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
