It only took one class and I was hooked! The first fitness class is free to try so... The first class I took was Sexy Pole Kickboxing, and got my ass kicked while having more fun than I ever did at my old boring, crowded gym. Then I got a membership and took pole dance... I was so sore I never knew how much work it was! Or how much fun! Plus... I got to learn sexy moves to take home and show my husband :) Knockout Bodies has changed my life! I love them!! And only regret is that I hadn't known about them sooner! xoxo
