    Run, jump, climb, vault, swing, roll, crawl, have fun and get strong! Parkour Visions is a local nonprofit dedicated to teaching the discipline safely and using it to change lives through our community built parkour gym and outreach across the city. Through parkour we hope to help children and adults connect with their innate love of movement, get in touch with their surroundings, and experience the full potential of what their bodies have evolved to do.
