Beginner/Intermediate Pole Dance teaches the fundamentals of pole dance -- floor work and basic spins pirouettes and climbs, as well as proper technique for pole spins, and upper body and core strengthening exercises. The classes are progressive, so you will learn basic transition dance moves, floor work, and pole spins which will become more difficult as time passes. This is a good class if you have a handle on proper hand and foot placement already (see Into to Pole Dancing) and are looking for more of a physical challenge.
