Very dissapointed, bad service and quality

Staff was very rude and smug, especially when I questioned the price of the service which was much higher than I was quoted. I was told if I couldn't afford high class service don't waste their time. Very rushed. I felt as if I was at a fast food establishment. Saw no difference in my skin and am very dissapointed. Would definately not recommend

Jennifer and her team really took the time to understand my personal needs and desired outcomes. They are all amazingly curteous, friendly and they don't rush the treatments just to pull in more clients. In addition, they were very flexible with respect to scheduling -- I lead a very busy life working outside of normal hours often. Thanks Jennifer -- I will be recommending your establishment to my friends and family, and look forward to continuing regular treatments!
