I am surprised that the other reviews said how nice the staff was. I thought the receptionist was incredibly unhelpful. I called and left a message on a wednesday about getting a massage the following monday. With no call back by fri. I called again and she told me she didnt return my call since they are not open on Mondays. Then I tried to book for anytime on a friday or saturday and they had nothing for a month. It just seemed way too stressful trying to even make an appointment for a relaxing day.

I have enjoyed Dolce Vita Day Spa several times and have always found the staff to be wonderful. The atmosphere is very relaxing, from the scent to the feel of every chair. Their Spa Favorites package of massage, pedi and facial make me feel like a new woman! They have been very accommodating in working schedules so that I can enjoy the day with several of my friends. Everyone I have introduced to Dolce Vita has been impressed and most have become repeat customers.

I visited this day spa based on services and looks posted on the internet. The photo was very misleading as wasn't an actual picture of this spa. I don't recall it stating it was a spafinder picture or I would have been more prepared. The location is rather odd-upstairs in a strip mall. However, the inside was inviting and the staff was welcoming. I had a massage for my treatment and was very satisfied with my treatment. If you're not looking for a foo-foo type spa, this may be for you.

I was very impressed with how nice Dolce Vita was when I walked in. I am used to having to go to places like Gene Juarez to get a nice spa atmosphere. Dolce Vita is tastefully decorated and is very relaxing with candle light and relaxing music. I enjoyed to complimentary foot soak while I waited for my massage. My therapist was very knowledgeable and I had a great massage.
