This is the only Bikram Yoga studio in Boca Raton. We have a world class facility and offer a schedule of 33 classes per week. The Bikram Method of Hatha Yoga is a series of 26 exercise postures designed specifically to enhance strength and stamina, increase flexibility, improve concentration, reduce stress as well as improve muscle tone, breathing and circulation.Bikram Yoga is known as "Hot Yoga" because it is done in a heated room. This results in a cardiovascular workout with less risk of injury. Bikram Yoga is located at 21073 Powerline Rd. We are in central Boca Raton on Powerline (Jog) Road midway between Glades and Palmetto Park Road. Powerline (Jog) Road is one and one-half miles west of I-95 and one and one-half miles east of the Turnpike.Location

I went to a class where the teacher was so strict, she would not let you drink water until she told you that you could have it. I was not thrilled with the militant style. However, I would try again but perhaps with a different teacher.
