Vixen has what no other studio in town can offer. Our 4000 square foot luxury Studio offers over 70 FULL HOUR classes per week with Orlando’s top fitness instructors. Vixen started as Orlando’s first pole studio and four years later we have evolved into a full alternative studio with 3 separate fitness rooms. As Orlando’s most experienced pole facility, our Pole room offers the proper spacing and high ceilings that are needed to be able to work out safely and effectively without kicking your neighbor.If you are looking for Cardio classes, our 1000 square foot dedicated cardio room has all the hottest classes to give you a complete fitness program without poles obstructing your workout. Aerial Yoga
Ease your mind in this Aerial Yoga class. Lengthen your spine and elongate your body with these yoga based poses, with the help of the aerial hammocks or silks. What to Bring: Hand towel or Yoga mat (we have mats you can use at the studio too) What to Wear: We have Aerial Silks and Aerial Yoga clothing available in the boutique. 3/4 or long sleeve fitted shirt or leotard (no tank tops). Long pants made from nylon/spandex or cotton spandex (tights, leggins, sweats, Yoga pants). Deodorant.
