• About Be Evolution Yoga

    The studio was designed with the comfort of our students in mind. We wanted to create a space that not only offers an incredibly powerful and transformative yoga practice, but also has an energizing and nourishing atmosphere. We have everything you need for this yoga practice- you can buy clothes, mats, water, nutrition supplements, and Bikram Yoga books and CD’s. We have mats and towels available to rent if you don’t have your own or just enjoy the convenience of coming to class unburdened. There are even showers for men and women so you can leave refreshed and ready for anything!

A perfect and essential practice to compliment any fiery, strong practice. A Yin practice has it's focus on the body's organs and connective tissues while more active practices will often be more focused on the muscular system.Yin Yoga is often referred to as the "quiet practice."
