This is the ultimate calorie burning Karate cardio class. You find several of the Corpbasics instructors in attendance. The average person burns about 600 calories in this 90 minute workout! The class puts several musical patterns together in to what we call a Martial Arts musical form. These forms are then put to the latest, hottest music making that hour of exercise go by before you know it! This class is advanced and is recommended for those who have been taking it for a while. TRX Circuit Training
This is a 50 minute total body circuit conditioning class like no other. Unlike traditional TRX classes added the element of suspended rotation. Relying heavily on your core, suspended rotation will force your muscles to stabilize, improving overall strength, balance, flexibility and power. Each class consists of 3 stations, one strength training on the TRX, another for agility and the 3rd for cardio. Suitable for all levels, you are sure to be challenged in this class. |
