Worst customer experiance ever
I started into their wellness program months ago. At first went well, a person whom I felt did a good job was providing me with massage. One day I show up and without warning, they change my massage therapist. Not unheard of, the massage therapist they gave me physically hurt me. She did work on my elbow. It hurt worse than before for a whole week after the massage. I stopped going because of that experience. They did not stop charging me. I had to cancel a program. I wanted to get my massages transfers to gift cards and they piled on more charges. The last straw was this weekend, I had ask them to schedule my girlfriend and I with the two gift certificate numbers. The certificates were for 80 minutes and have now cost me extra getting access to them as gift certificates. They scheduled us for 55 min massages, then a few hours before the massage, we were told the full 80 min would be charged and there was nothing they would do about it. The worst experience I have ever had with a massage group. More stress than its worth. Highly recommend looking somewhere else.

Definitely NOT Relaxing
My friend was in town with her four kids. She had a Spa Finder certificate, so I watched the kids while she visited Elements. First, via phone, she inquired about the price of the massage. Instead of quoting her the full price for the hour, they deducted her certificate amount: told her it was $55 for an hour, when it was really $105. Then, proceeded to NOT follow her request for a deep tissue massage that she knew she needed. Finished the visit by giving her a hard sales pitch. I was so bummed that she didn't get a chance to relax!

Impressed with this business all around!
I was very impressed with my massage at this Elements location. The atmosphere was great and the decor was very tasteful and well-done (seriously, check out the bathroom.) I was sold before I even went in the massage room! My therapist asked me exactly what areas I needed focused on and addressed every single one- she was very attentive and checked in with me periodically throughout the massage to make sure she was using correct pressure. She also used hot rocks which felt amazing and I had never had them before. After the massage she showed me stretches and excercises I could do at home and told me what she found in my body and when to come back. I left feeling so much better than when I came in and was so pleased that signed up on their membership and have been going monthly ever since. It's so worth it and I highly recommend Elements!
