Hoop Flow is a 60 minute class of tricks that will activate your abdominal muscles, strengthen your core muscles ,give you a sense of rhythmic dance and balance using the hula hoop a circus and theatre prop. Hoop dancing will improve motor skills and  stimulate the mind in playful routines. LYRA AERIAL HOOP- Beginner

This Class is for both beginner and intermediate level students. YOU WILL LEARN BEAUTIFL MOVEMENTS AND POSES IN A CIRCULAR HOOP 4-5 FT ABOVE THE MAT. THIS 60 MINUTE CLASS WILL CONDITION YOU SO THAT YOU CAN ENTER AND EXIT GRACEFULLY INTO THE LYRA. YOU WILL BUILD STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY FOR BEAUTIFUL TRANSITION MOVES. THE STATIC TRAPEZE WILL ALSO BE USED FOR LYRA CONDITIONING SINCE MOVES ARE VERY SIMILAR. FORM FITTING YOGA ATTIRE RECOMMENDED. CHALK AND SOCKS MAY ALSO BE USED. 90 minutes of Acro body balance is a workout using your whole body AND someone else's in a strength building a contact exercise. This workout is a combination of trust and connection developing dynamic play as well as flexibility for the mind and body.You will add inverts to your workout with handstands and more.Discover a whole new perspective on physical conditioning.  Reservations required spaces limited. INTRO TO AERIAL ARTS

Intro to AERIAL ART $30  90 MINUTE CLASSThis class is an aerial buffet for New and Current students who want to build a foundation of strength and flexibility with aerial conditioning. It’s a great opportunity to try out a variety of aerial apparatuses such as static trapeze, rope, lyra and aerial silk. This class can be taken numerous times allowing you to progress to higher skill levels. Its a nice way to get all your aerial fixes in one class. 90 minutes, yoga wear recommended. Please no shorts, pants with buttons or zippers such as jeans. Student must be 18 years of age or 15 with parent present
