We hold regular yoga classes and yoga workshops throughout Southwest Florida including Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples. Recent graduates of the Joyful Yoga 200 Hr Teacher Training program alternate teaching this yoga class offered to the community for donations offered to JY's Nonprofit Organization, Joyful Yoga & Friends.Suggested donation is $5 but any amount will be accepted. Fire Yoga focuses on postural alignment and core stability by blending vinyasa yoga and pilates to create a strong connection to the solar plexus chakra.
