Booty Camp

*Booty camp is designed to help you build strength & endurance, plus increase your flexibility . This will help you to advance in your pole work, lessen your chance of injury and just plain make you look and feel better.You will go through a power warm up routine, then a series of functional exercises to challenge you with a kick butt cardiovascular and resistant training work out.Maximum 6 people - NYC/ 9 people - White Plains, NYPLease book all classes at least 24 hours in advance before coming to the studio. Unleass there is already someone signed up for the class, then you can signup, up to 15 minutes before the class begins.We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule all classes.
