Inversion Prep Yoga
Inversions are a great way to calm the mind, strengthen the core, improve circulation and increase mind-body awareness. In this class we will use mindful sequencing to prepare the body for inversions such as shoulder stand and headstand. You will be challenged to find balance between effort and ease while learning how to respectfully turn your body upside-down. All levels welcome, as you are encouraged to work at your comfort level. |
