Our studio is a calm, inclusive environment that prides itself on a personalized Pilates experience. Group and private classes are offered on the mat and the pilates equipment. Pilates based physical therapy is also offered.

Day 1 – Reformer
Blossom will review what she considers the “essential” exercises on the reformer. She uses many of these exercises to evaluate clients’ strengths and tendencies. Kathy also had a unique perspective on many of the traditional Reformer exercises that will be demonstrated and practiced during the workshop. Day 2 – Wunda Chair and Cadillac
In this session, Blossom will lead an exploration of the traditional (and not so traditional)exercises of the Cadillac and Wunda Chair. Kathy Grant’s early training under Joseph Pilates focused heavily on the Wunda Chair while she was rehabilitating a knee injury.Because of this, Mrs. Grant had a unique interpretation of the Wunda Chair exercises andwent on to develop her own subtle variations. In addition to her Chair variations, Mrs. Grant developed a unique choreography that she used on the Cadillac, and new concepts regarding the use of the hooks and springs.
