Spa On Paces

After my friend and I made appointments a week in advance, we were told the day before our arrival that we could not be accommodated. My friend and I both wanted a hot rock massage with a male therapist. Since they only had one guy and he was the only hot rock therapist, I decided to get their spa sampler which was suppose to include a 30 min massage, 30 min facial, and manicure. Unfortunately, the manicurist was not in, so I was told that I would have to return on another day to get that service. As if that was not inconveniencing enough, when paying with my $125 Spa Finder Certificate, I was told that I could not use it because the Spa Sampler was already discounted and the certificate was considered a discount! I saw no such restriction on the Spa Finder Certificate nor was it mentioned when the appointment was made! I ended up paying $108 for the facial and massage a la carte in order to use the certificate. I lost $17 and they didn't even offer me products to make up the difference! The facial was good, but I have had much better massages!
