This class is similar to a Tower or Pole Class.  Those who like a combination of floor and standing exercise will enjoy this challenge.It is necessary to have core strength, shoulder and pelvic stability in order to practice Pilates against the resistance of springs. This class is popular among those who love to feel their muscles working hard. Some barre, cadillac, tower or pole class experience or mastery of intermediate mat required.

Since reformer classes help teach you the mat and mat classes help to teach you reformer, this class is designed to give you a solid foundation of each. Once you master both, this class will further challenge your abilities by adding the resistance of the springs. It is recommended that you have some experience with each before you join this class so that all can move at a good pace. As with all Pilates classes, those who have had 10 Private sessions prior to enrolling in classes generally perform the best and advance more quickly.
