This provides dancers with a grounded center from which to work as they explore a dynamic range of contemporary movement qualities. Taught by M'Liss Stephenson, this class incorporates the Horton technique, a codified modern dance method aimed to fortify, stretch, and strengthen the body. Elements of Limon, Graham and African styles are also woven in. You will enjoy dancing to a compelling mix of contemporary music in a playful, yet hard-working atmosphere. |
