Since 1996, Frog Temple has been providing a warm atmosphere, where people of all ages and sizes and skill levels come to learn and practice Pilates. All of our clients are taught by creative, caring and certified pilates instructors. We offer private and group classes every day of the week. In fact, we have more group pilates classes than any other studio in Chicago!
