This Group equipment class is for Clients who desire Matwork with the option of small props combined with the use of the Pilates equipment and can follow a group cued format. After a Mat warm-up, the clients are led through a series of connected Pilates exercises using the Tower apparatus ( The Wall Unit version of the Cadillac: Leg & Arm Springs, Push Thru and Roll Down Bars) requiring strength and control. The Total Body is engaged for the Total Time of the class which offers clients an effective strength training session with lots of variety of Pilates exercises: This workout covers Abdominal Corework, Stretching, & Resistance training for Legs, Arms, and Hips---just add your Cardio for a balanced Fitness regime!

Our answer to your Economic and Schedule crunch: For the price of a CLASS to cover Equipment Usage Fee, experienced Get ReFormed clients can come Workout on their own during Non-Peak times, under the supervision of a Staff Trainer. Drop Sheets of Exercises & Order will be provided. Fitness-based Yoga is the perfect complement to Pilates training as it focuses on the Opening of the Body-especially Hips, Shoulders, and Upper Back. In a Flowing style of Yoga, more time is given to the Deeper stretches and the much needed twisting postures of the torso- while still keeping the practice active by linking posture to posture with controlled Breaths.
