We offer small, personalized classes taught by Certified Pilates Instructors, Certified Personal Trainers, and Professional Dancers. Our outstanding instructors and trainers will help guide you to a healthier happier lifestyle through our pilates apparatus classes and challenging fitness classes. Our philosophy is that fitness should be fun! Pilates classes use professional Stott Pilates equipment and spin classes use top of the line Star Trac bikes.Location
