Our equipment and teaching standards are second to none and we will stop at nothing to ensure you receive the most from your experience at MARIN GYROTONIC.GYROTONIC is a totally new equipment based exercise system that has been developed to increase the functional operation of the human body in all forms. The uniqueness of the system is its ability to simultaneously stretch and strengthen the body using minimal effort while increasing range of motion and developing coordination.Movement facilitated by the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM opens, elongates and realigns through natural circular movements providing a reversal of all the compacting and compression that regular daily activities like walking, running and sitting inevitably do to our joints and spine over time.Location
