    Power Yoga of Cape Cod was opened by Jill Abraham, in May 2009, to bring the ancient healing modalities of Yoga and Ayurveda to the community of Cape Cod. Power Yoga of Cape Cod’s mission is to empower people to reach their highest potential, and to let go of limiting self-beliefs and ideas. Each one of us has the power and potential to achieve our goals, and live our lives to the fullest. When we start on the yoga mat, we break down old habits, patterns, ways of moving and thinking-and we begin to see the possibilities that lie within ourselves. The principles of Yoga translate into our entire lives.

A woman''s body was specifically designed for the challenges of pregnancy and birth. Prenatal yoga is intended to empower, and bring a sense of mindfulness, gentleness, and enjoyment during such an important and beautiful time in your life. During this series of classes (drop ins are also welcome), Leigh will guide you through flow and sequences of poses specifically designed to bring flexibility and strength to your bodies, and connection to your growing baby, as you prepare for the most profound moment of surrender: the birth of your child.
