They're off to a good start.

I love this studio to a fault. The classes are fun, the teachers are all good people, and it's a million times more rewarding than a regular gym membership. That being said, they change their schedule at random every few weeks or months, which means if you commit to a contract of any kind, they might screw you out of class due to a schedule change that you can't work around. All the instructors are on different pages too. None of them can remember which moves are what, so they each call the same moves completely different things, which gets confusing. Classes fill up too quickly, which means you have to set your alarm to book the more sought after classes before someone else snags them. They're upgrading to a larger building soon, which is awesome, and hopefully we'll be seeing some equipment updates soon (some of the equipment is really in need of an upgrade".

I can not believe how incredible this studio is. They have such a wide variety of classes and at the lowest prices in the Salt Lake Valley! It seams too good to be true. Their teachers are very kind, funny, professional, and gifted. I am a little over weight and they all make me feel so comfortable. I LOVE it here and tell everyone how amazing it is. I love trying all they have to offer. I really like all the fitness classes- core pole is my favorite- but have enjoyed trying out the trapeze, hoop, pole and silks.
