Open Aerial- Performers ONLY
During this open aerial time you must follow all the rules. Any breaking of the rules and you wont be able to perform.1) Crash mats- you must use a crash mat if you are doing any types of drops or difficult moves2) NO teaching other students- our instructors have years of experience of training and teaching to be able to instruct proper form, spotting, safetly, and they are covered by our insurance.3) Warm up- properly warm up and stretch before jumping onto any of the apparatuses4) Be respectful of each other- share the apparatuses, make sure your music is at a respectful level and are sharing it with other5) Be respectful of the studio- leave the aerial floor looking nice- mats are put away, chairs are put back, black mats are tucked in6) always be safe! If you have any questions on anything you are doing stop and schedule a time with an instructor. Injuries are no fun! |

Using a large strand of fabric, you will learn how to fly, flip, and fling yourself through the air. In this beginners class, you will learn about aerial safety, climbing and tying knots. No aerial experience required!!! Suggested clothing is leggings or a leotard to protect skin on legs. |
