Pole Advanced 4.0
This class will continue to build and refine your pole skills with new and difficult tricks and combos. This class hits the ground running with a challenging 20 min. work out and deep stretch to build up those muscles and flexibility, followed by some exciting Intermediate/advanced pole work. You will need all your intermediate skills for this class... Shoulder mounts, a strong climb, solid inverts and handsprings...but above all you need to be very comfortable going and being upside down. Instructor will customize the class to accommodate each student and their abilities. Wear shorts and sports bra, maximum skin needed for this class. Please bring water and grip aid, your going to need it! |
