    Our studio provides a supportive environment for all levels of exercise enthusiasts, from the novice exerciser, to the seasoned athlete and dancer, delivering our services in a personal training mode, that addresses each clients goals and objectives. We offer personal training in one-hour private, semi private and trio formats and small-group mat classes as well. EPY Center has a variety of practices from which to choose and a “mix and match” approach of regular exercise is a great treat for your body.
