Synergy’s studio is an open, inviting 2,300 square feet with wood floors and mirror-surrounded walls. The Synergy Main Studio is separated from the Synergy Yoga Room to enhance the effectiveness of each space.

Prenatal Yoga is intended for all levels of yoga and all stages of pregnancy. Build and maintain strength and flexibility for a happy, healthy pregnant body. Prenatal issues covered such as pelvic floor strengthening, abdominal exercises to prevent diastisis, breathing exercises that can be used during labor, foot strengthening and massage to prevent painful foot issues common during pregnancy.
