All are welcome, but this class is designed for the beginner and intermediate levels. This class will incorporate traditional Pilates Mat exercises as well as exercises that have been adapted for the Mat. The goal of Pilates is to balance strength and flexibility for optimal physical results and ease in movement, so stretching is incorporated throughout the mat class.
