Open Level Apparatus Classes are choreographed full body workouts on the Pilates Reformer and Tower designed to both lengthen and strengthen the body with power, precision and flow. Pre-registration is required for these great classes. Participation is limited to 4 students per class, making for a very personalized group workout. Pilates Reformers with a combination Tower unit are used to strengthen, align, stretch and tone your entire body. These classes are invigorating and fun. Classes will be modified and varied to suit each student’s needs. Minimum of two privates sessions or permission from instructor are required for participation in Group Apparatus classes .
