We also have group mat classes 7 days a week. Open Level Apparatus Classes are choreographed full body workouts on the Pilates Reformer and Tower designed to both lengthen and strengthen the body with power, precision and flow. Pre-registration is required for these great classes. Participation is limited to 4 students per class, making for a very personalized group workout. Pilates Reformers with a combination Tower unit are used to strengthen, align, stretch and tone your entire body. These classes are invigorating and fun.
