Master Core Series
The Master Core Series was developed by Tony Sanchez, one of the most senior and respected teachers of the Ghosh lineage, and includes 40+ asanas from the original 84 as arranged by Bishnu Ghosh. This is an intermediate class, but within reach to the regular practitioner.The room is warmed to body temperature but not as hot as the beginner's Core26+ class. More advanced students should not rely on external heat to deepen their practice. With proper alignment depth happens safely over time regardless of temperature. |
