Group Circuit

Group Circuit is a full body workout utilizing all of the Pilates equipment and principles including the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Combo Chair, Ladder Barrel, Mat, Orbit and Props. Circuit consists of approximately 7 stations that are timed around 3minutes a station and are gone through two times. The 7 stations are set up and explained at the beginning of class and the instructor makes spring changes, modifications, and provides individual cueing to each student throughout the 60 minute class. This is a challenging class that often adds additional cardio and muscular endurance challenges. This is a fun class that allows you to move around the room and experience all the great benefits of working on each piece of equipment.
