Pilates 101 - Basic Reformer Class
This is the entry level class for Classical reformer. The Basic Level Reformer Class is for people with no previous experience on the reformer or no experience with Classical equipment or to review. All new clients will take this class as an assessment and either continue in the class for a series or move onto another level with the permission of the teacher. This class will use the Universal Reformer which is a Pilates bed with springs underneath. You will learn the basic exercises on the reformer as well as learn how to use the equipment and the set up such as the spring settings that are best for you. |
