About Tru Pilates
tru PILATES has been offering equipment based Pilates instruction in downtown Charlottesville since 2005. Our studio utilizes the Allegro “Tower of Power”, which is a state-of-the-art apparatus that incorporates the three essential modes of Pilates training (the Reformer, the Tower and the mat). Our mission is to help you improve strength, flexibility, posture and body awareness, while helping you boost your overall physical energy and mental clarity.
