About Mind Full Pilates and Yoga
With thousands of new locations, you’ve come to the right place to find a Pilates studio. Originally developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates as a rehabilitation method, the popularity of this core-strengthening and spine-aligning workout has since spread around the world like wildfire. The practice, often called the Pilates method, is meant to improve mental and physical wellbeing, increase flexibility, and strengthen muscles through a series of controlled movements and breathing that engage both the body and mind. Different studios offer a variety of classes, and we’re excited to be partnering with this Pilates studio. Class is tailored to the beginner/intermediate client who has a foundation in Intro to Mat Work/Mat I but who has never experienced the Pilates apparatus. |

Open Mat

Workout with a Pro
This class is intended for experienced clients to join an Instructor during their personal workout. The format is chosen by the instructor and instruction may or may not be provided. It is an opportunity gain additional studio time without the normal class structure. Permission of the instructor is required at least 1 week in advance as the instructor does not have to show up for this class time if there is not advanced enrollment. Training will primarily rely on the reformer however other apparatus may be utilized (chair, ladder barrel, tower, mat, and spine corrector/hump barrel/BOSU). |

Pilates System II
A progressive system's class that continues to demonstrate the Method Pilates primarily utilizing the reformer, the mat, and the tower (1/2 cadillac). This class is geared to the intermediate (Level II) client to deepen the workout, improve memory of the order and precision points. |

Reformer III
This class is geared to the intermediate/advanced student (Level II/ III) who wants to progress to the fully advanced exercises on the Reformer. Depending on class consistency this class has the potential of introducing some of the super advanced reformer repertoire. |

Reformer I
While the Pilates Method utilizes the reformer and the mat as the two main apparatus this class is devoted to the reformer development. Level I is a Beginner level that has progressed from the Introductory or novice level. Novice level means that the client has no previous formal Pilates training in mat or apparatus work. The tower, chair and mat may be used to enhance performance on the reformer to improve strength, body awareness or stability of a critical connection. |

Stretch to Relax
30 minutes of relaxation with yin stretching methods. Slow and progressive stretching lengthens the muscles, strengthens the bone, keeps joint capsules elastic and quiets the mind. Life is fast which creates an extreme need for wind-down time. Wind down from heavy workouts, wind down from the stress of a hectic lifestyle, and wind down from the emotions that are associated with it. Deep breathing and soothing music assist the process. |
