About Pilates Training Center Hawaii
Pilates Training Center Hawaii offers a full suite of training, healing and learning opportunities. If you've never done Pilates before, our private sessions can help you learn the basics. Our group classes are a great way to stay motivated and advance your skills. Certification courses prepare you to teach the STOTT PILATES method. Massage provides relaxation for body and soul and is the perfect complement to a training regime.

Private
To establish a foundaton in the technique, we recommend a one‑on‑one introductory session followed by five private sessions.This allows us to tailor a program to suit your needs. Following your introduction to the STOTT PILATES method, these session options are available: private: one-on-one personal training semi-private: work out with a friend instructor-led groups: join a regularly scheduled group equipment or group Matwork class or coordinate your own group of three to eight people. Group classes are not for those persons with acute physical problems or newly out of physical rehabilitation. If, during the private orientation session, or prior to visiting the studio, the instructor deems a problem too great, private training will be recommended. Private sessions are tailored for each individual and will address specific injuries and difficulties. After a period of time in private training, you may be allowed to join a group class. |
