Yoga Innovations is the South Hills' first hot yoga studio. We specialize in hot yoga (power vinyasa flow). Classes range from beginner to advanced . Private sessions available. We will also offer private Pilates reformer classes and group Pilates Mat classes starting this summer.

A 60 minute prenatal interpretation of power yoga.Every mother has the innate wisdom to take care of her body and her baby. This class will give you the tools to continue using the healing practice of yoga to take care of you and your baby. We will focus on how to modify a normal power vinyasa class to fit your ever changing body. After you will have a chance to discuss the benefits of practicing for two, ending with a question and answer session on modifications and meditation. This is open to all levels of yogis, in all stages of pregnancy. |
