I got a massage and facial package here for a spa day with my girlfriend. The massage was mediocre and none of the knots in my back were worked out. The facial was even more disappointing. The aesthetician was either poorly skilled or had very little experience. Her extractions were the most painful I've ever had. She put excessive force into them. It didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. My girlfriend felt the same way unfortunately.
