Kripalu Beginning Blossoms the basics
Our beginner class is a 8 series designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga. This series is appropriate for those who are new to yoga or who have limited experience with the essential unifying nature of yoga, lo learn safe alignment, receive personal attention and supportive instruction in movement asana and breathing techniques. Each class emphasizes going at your own pace and finishes with a deep relaxation. You will explore all movements of the spine in preparation for 12 fundamental poses.
