The practice, often called the Pilates method, is meant to improve mental and physical wellbeing, increase flexibility, and strengthen muscles through a series of controlled movements and breathing that engage both the body and mind. Different studios offer a variety of classes, and we’re excited to be partnering with this Pilates studio.
