Join Meghan as she leads you to let go for one hour.Meditation is not just about sitting in silence for hours, it can last only a minute and take place throughout your day in many different ways. This class is going to incorporate different techniques you can use to cultivate a state of peace.I will start each class with breath work and gentle yoga postures to open the body up and allow the energy to flow.
