Our yoga classes range from strong and athletic to deeply relaxing. Styles taught include Hatha, Vinyasa Power Flow, Kundalini, Yin, Yoga Gently (deeply relaxing), Prenatal, and Mom and Baby Yoga. Our range of styles enables us to find a yoga that is right for you. To gain more insight into which class might be most suitable, ask our yoga advisors on site, or call us at 604-739-2009. Membership gives you access to all locations in Kitsilano and Granville Island.
